Right of withdrawal

For purchases made at a distance, you may cancel within 7 days of receipt, as provided in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code.

Items may be exchanged within 30 days, unused and with the original packaging or tags.

If a product shows a defect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you under the legal warranty.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
